Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are porch pick up. I am located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Once your creation is complete, the exact address and pick up instructions will be sent to you!

If you are a CSTL friend, you can pick up from the gym in St. Peters!

Yes! All banners, jeans, and other physical creations can be shipped within the United States. If you need your order shipped, make sure to order at least 3 weeks before your peice is needed!

Depending on what you have ordered, your creation will be ready within a week of the date you need it by. Orders are made in order of date needed, no matter when the order was placed.

Yes! If you need a creation within two weeks, you can still place an order. Please know that there will be a rush fee of $40 added to the final price.

Yes, all painted designs will have a digital mockup that is sent to customer for approval before being created. Digital designs of any kind will have drafts sent to customer for adjustments before the final design is sent. 

At the moment, all payment will be through Venmo. If this does not work for you, please email me!

Unfortunately, I cannot replicate or copy the designs of other artists. I am more than happy to chat about specific design elements you would like to include and how we can make your banner fully custom to your liking!

Yes! If you are looking to order a gift card, please email me!
